用程序把DBF表自动转换一个记录为一个文件的HTML格式的文件,用PHP代码模拟实现数据库功能,实现基于文件的静态Web查询。     

屏蔽泵常见故障分析及解决方案

轻质油装置屏蔽泵在运行中发生泵体内有杂音、振动超标、轴承磨损的故障。通过对屏蔽泵结构和故障现象的分析,找到了故障产生的原因。含气态组分的介质进入屏蔽泵冷却腔体和润滑轴承的循环管路,使得轴承容易磨损;泵体结构的流向设计得不合理,造成介质在泵腔内汽化,形成汽蚀,并造成轴承磨损;介质流量不平稳造成轴向力不平衡。实施了相应的解决方案,降低了设备故障率和检修率,确保了装置安全平稳运行。     

Solubility of chlorine in aqueous hydrochloric acid solutions

The solubility of chlorine in aqueous hydrochloric acid solutions was studied. The effects of HCl concentration and temperature on the solubility were evaluated, and the thermodynamic parameters of the dissolution were calculated. It was found that the solubility isotherms had a minimum at about 0.5M HCl concentration at all the temperatures studied and that solubility decreased with the increase of temperature at all the HCl concentration range investigated.     

Leaching kinetics of colemanite by aqueous EDTA solutions

The dissolution kinetics of colemanite, a boron-containing mineral, in aqueous disodium EDTA solutions were studied. The effects of concentration and pH of the solution, particle size, and temperature were examined. A decrease in pH and particle size increased the dissolution rate, while an increase in the concentration of the solution and temperature increased the rate. The activation energy and pre-exponential factor were calculated as 50.6 kJ mol^-1 and 5.14 x 10⁷ m s^-1, respectively. 碱性果胶酶产生菌Bacillus claussi XJU-8的分离鉴定及酶学特性分析

从新疆石河子市一处工业污水(pH11.0)中分离到一株碱性果胶酶产生菌,编号XJU-8。应用形态学检测、生理生化实验、16S rDNA序列分析、系统进化分析对菌株进行多相鉴定。XJU-8可在pH5.0～13.0的LB培养基上生长,最适生长温度37℃。16S rDNA序列构建的系统进化树表明XJU-8与Bacillus claussi类聚在一起,而且序列同源性高达99%以上。XJU-8与B.claussi GMBAE 42在氧化酶,柠檬酸盐利用和水解Tween-40、Tween-60上有差异,且XJU-8有宽范围pH值耐受性,被认为是B.claussi的一个新品系。该菌产生的碱性果胶酶最适pH10.0,最适温度50℃,在pH9.0～12.0有较高活性和稳定性。酶活性可被Ca2+盐激活。XJU-8所产碱性果胶酶特性良好,工业应用潜能巨大。     

糠醛精制装置水溶液系统腐蚀问题分析和解决措施

分析了克拉玛依石化公司二套糠醛装置水溶液系统管道及设备的腐蚀原因,并提出控制了原料脱气塔脱气效果和加注KQ-1缓蚀剂来控制水溶液的PH值解决方法,实施后水溶液系统腐蚀得到了有效控制。     

数码自动加脂器在脂润滑轴承的应用

介绍采用数码自动加脂器为机械设备的部分轴承自动加入脂润滑的工作过程和原理。与传统手工加脂方式相比,节省了人力和物力,并使轴承保持在良好的环境下运行,延长其使用寿命。     

液相络合脱氮工艺在润滑油白土精制装置上的应用

液相络合脱氮工艺在中国石油克拉玛依石化分公司润滑油白土精制装置上进行了应用,工艺改造包括:新增一套以电沉降精制罐为主的络合脱氮精制设备及加热原料油的加热器。改造后的装置运行及标定结果表明:与单纯的白土精制工艺相比,液相络合脱氮工艺能有效地脱出润滑油基础油的氮化物,特别是碱性氮化物,显著改善精制油的氧化安定性,同时降低白土用量50%,可以提高精制油收率0.8%～1.2%,并且减轻了劳动强度,降低了生产成本,大大提高了公司的整体经济效益。     

润滑油白土精制装置存在的问题及技改措施

对润滑油白土精制装置投产以来的运行情况进行分析,针对装置的现状,分析了装置运行中存在的技术问题,并进行了相应的改造。工艺技术改造包括原料油流程的调整、增设原料脱气塔、新增络合脱氮工艺、解决蒸发塔顶真空系统腐蚀问题;设备技术改进包括板框式压滤机的更换、白土加料器的更换、脱气塔低抽出油泵的改造、解决水环式真空泵的结垢问题等。改造后,润滑油白土精制装置运行的技术水平得到提高,取得了较大的经济效益和社会效益。并就目前存在的问题提出了解决方案。     

Utilization of trommel sieve waste as an additive in Portland cement production

Large quantities of industrial wastes form in boron industry in Turkey every year. These wastes have dual problems of disposal and health hazards. The wastes such as borax slime, tincal waste, concentration wastes and thromel sieve waste (TSW) contain impurities that accelerate the normal setting and hardening of building materials produced from them. In this study, it was aimed to stabilize TSW produced during manufacture of borax from tincal. The effects of TSW added on the mechanical properties of Portland cement prepared by adding TSW to clinker were investigated. The utilization of TSW in cement industry as an additive was tested and compared with other materials.
